Founded in 1975 by Richard Matsushima, Kampai Japanese Steak House is the first and oldest Japanese restaurant in the Greater Binghamton Area. “Kampai” means cheers in Japanese, and as such it is a place to celebrate! You’ll find three restaurants under one roof with Hibachi, Sushi and Traditional offerings every evening.
